• Arrival at woodland Training Centre (Flexible 4 hours to suit)
• Issue Camouflage overalls and equipment
• Introduction, objectives, identification of teams and purpose
• Physical and mental challenges; each delegate taking leadership role using appropriate communication, directive and supportive skills
• Each task followed by team “feedback”
• Direct your blindfolded team through the minefield!! Build the bridge to rescue your colleagues or attack your business competitors!! 4 person skiing – one set of skis!! Lots more team designed challenges….
