Taskforce Paintball Games are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site.  We are not in the business of selling renting or trading email lists with any other companies or 3rd party companies for any type of marketing purposes.  In our Privacy Policy, we have provided details of what we collect, how we keep it safe, how we use it and any conditions under which we may disclose it to others.

Type of data we collect:


Like most websites, Taskforce Paintball website use cookies to collect information.  Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer or other devices (such as smart ‘phones or ‘tablets’) as you browse this website.  They are used to ‘remember’ when your computer or device accesses our websites.  Cookies are essential for the effective operation of websites and to help you book online with us.

Analytics:  When someone visits we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.


Taskforce may collect the following information about you:

Bookings or enquiries made by you

When you pay a deposit your payment card details

Your communication and marketing preferences

Email correspondence

Other publicly available personal date which you may share via social media such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram etc.

Our booking system is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.



If you use WIFI at our venue we do not gather any information from you via our WIFI



We ask all participants to complete an entry form as a condition of our insurance and keep them in accordance to their recommendations.  This information is stored securely, and not used for any purpose other than in the event of an accident on site, or to contact family or next of kin and to pass on relevant details to the emergency services.  As part of the registration process if you have agreed to be contacted for our occasional e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.  You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. Agencies or 3rd party operators:

Many of the events at Taskforce Paintball Games are presented in partnership with other companies such as with Groupon, Stag and Hen agencies and other 3rd party booking agents. They will let us know about your booking and share your name and contact details with us.  We will not share sensitive information about you or your payment details.  This privacy policy only applies to Taskforce Paintball Games, If you are dealing with any other company or agency to make your booking you should read their own privacy policy.


Access to your personal information & correction

Under GDPR, you have the right to access and amend any of your personal data that you hold.
